Conditions of Sale and Terms of Purchase

Please note the Conditions of Sale and Terms of Purchase outlined below. Note that on ordering and paying for works you accept these conditions of sale and understand that no changes will be entered in to.  All work is shipped only after purchase and shipping costs have been received.

The terms ‘Tony Williams’ and ‘Artist’ and ‘Seller’used in this context are all the same person.

Order Acceptance

Tony Williams Art is supplied on these Terms and Conditions. Art works are deemed to be the sole work of the artist Tony Williams and sold with this guarantee.

Returns and Refunds

All work is shown and sold ‘as is’. Once shipped to the purchaser the work becomes the property of the purchaser. There will be no refunds of the purchase of work once paid for and shipped.

Once shipped to the nominated address by the seller, no claims for damaged or missing work will be accepted.

Price

Please note that the prices are shown in Australian Dollars [$AU]. This price is converted to $US when purchased from overseas, and that, plus cost of postage and shipping, is what will be charged for the work. Artwork can be shipped anywhere in the world.

Shipping

Works ordered on line are removed from the stretcher frame, rolled and enclosed in a cylinder for postage. All care is taken to ensure the work is packed safely with the best chance of avoiding damage in transit. Postage anywhere within Australia is charged at$15. Online payments are to include this postage charge. Postage is by Australia Post.

The seller will endeavour to despatch the purchased worked within 2 working days of payment being received. Delivery by Australia Post is generally within 3 – 5 days depending on location within Australia.

Overseas costs and delivery times for overseas locations vary depending on location, method of transfer and local conditions.

Shipping Overseas

Shipping costs to overseas destinations is made on a case-by-case basis. If ordering from overseas, please contact us to determine Shipping costs to an Overseas destination before a final payment is made.  This cost will be notified to the prospective purchaser and is to be included in the total cost of purchase.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid for and the price received by the seller before shipping can be arranged. Payment must include shipping and postage costs.

All orders must be paid for using a valid credit card or by PayPal at the time of order placement. No Terms or credit arrangements will be entered into. Shipping of work will be arranged when payment has been received by the seller.

Title of product

Ownership of the work passes to the purchaser on receipt of all monies owing to the seller including agreed shipping costs.
